Bit of Summer Iced Tea
Bring a bit of summer into September and beyond with this sweet bright decaffeinated iced tea. African Rooibos, Elderberry Flowers, White Nectarines, Lucuma Fruit Powder, and Raw Sugar make up this delightful tea.
Place the large tea bag into a pitcher and add 2 cups 200-degree water and let steep for 5 minutes. Remove the bag and let the tea cool. Once cool, add 2-3 cups (adjusted to strength preference) filtered cold water and top with ice.
Repeat for the second pitcher of unsweetened tea allowing 10 minutes to steep.
