Vespers Artisan Tea

Nettle Leaf is high in antioxidants and polyphenols and help flush toxins out of the body and reduce inflammation. Highly nutritious, nettle contains vitamin A, several vitamin B’s, vitamin C, calcium, folic acid, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. Steep at 205 degrees for 5 minutes. Each tea bag is left open allowing you to peek inside to see and smell the contents. Don’t forget to tie up that bag before steeping!
